Convert the Amlogic Meson6 SoCs Watchdog timer bindings to dt-schema.
Take in account the used interrupts property.
The "amlogic,meson8-wdt" representation has been simplified

On some SoCs the watchdog device is actually mixed with timer, e.g.
the qcom,msm-timer on older Qualcomm SoCs where this is actually one
hardware block responsible for both system timer and watchdog.
Allow calling such device nodes as "timer".

In some applications, the mtk-wdt requires the TOPRGU (Top Reset
Generation Unit) to reset timer after system resets. Add optional

Several devices can be attached to memory controllers (or memory-mapped
buses), thus they can come with additional controller-specific
properties, e.g. devices wired under Intel IXP4XX bus: cfi-flash,
intel,ixp4xx-compact-flash, NS8250 serial and MAX6369 watchdog.
Referencing Memory Controller or IXP4XX bus peripheral properties fixes
few dtbs_check warnings like:
intel-ixp42x-gateworks-gw2348.dtb: ide@1,0: Unevaluated properties are not allowed

Convert the MediaTek watchdog bindings to schema.
The original binding only had 4 without a fallback but there is a reset
controller on the "mediatek,mt7986-wdt", "mediatek,mt8186-wdt",
"mediatek,mt8188-wdt" and "mediatek,mt8195-wdt" Since there is no reset
controller for the mt6589, we remove "mediatek,mt6589-wdt" as a
fallback.

Add the documentation for the r9a09g011 SoC, but in doing so also
reorganise the doc to make it easier to read.
Additionally, make the binding require an interrupt to be specified.
Whilst the driver does not need an interrupt, all of the SoCs that use
this binding actually provide one.

review for a while. In both cases, the origonal idea was to have a
minimally functional version, but we ended up leaving out the clk drivers
that are still under review and will be merged through the corresponding
subsystem tree.

Another round from new cases in 5.19-rc of removing redundant
minItems/maxItems when 'items' list is specified. This time it is in
if/then schemas as the meta-schema was failing to check this case.
If a property has an 'items' list, then a 'minItems' or 'maxItems' with the
same size as the list is redundant and can be dropped. Note that is DT
schema specific behavior and not standard json-schema behavior. The tooling
will fixup the final schema adding any unspecified minItems/maxItems.

Document the watchdog timeout mode property. If this property is used
the user can select what happens on watchdog timeout. Set this property
to 1 to enable SHUTDOWN (the device resets), set it to 0 and the device
will go to POWERDOWN on watchdog timeout.
If this property is not set, don't touch the WATCHDOG_SD bit and leave
the configuration to OTP. This way backward compatibility is not broken.

Most Allwinner SoCs have just one input clock to drive the watchdog
peripheral. So far this is the 24 MHz "HOSC" oscillator, divided down
internally to 32 KHz.
The F1C100 series watchdog however uses the unchanged 32 KHz "LOSC" as
its only clock input, which has the same effect, but let's the binding
description mismatch.
Change the binding description to name the clocks more loosely, so both
the LOSC and divided HOSC match the description. As the fixed clock names
now make less sense, drop them from SoCs supporting just one clock
input, they were not used by any DT anyway.
For the newer SoCs, supporting a choice of two input clocks, we keep
both the description and clock-names requirement.
