[ Upstream commit ad1ac596e8a8c4b06715dfbd89853eb73c9886b2 ] __migration_entry_wait and migration_entry_wait_on_locked assume pte is always mapped from caller. But this is not the case when it's called from migration_entry_wait_huge and follow_huge_pmd. Add a hugetlbfs variant that calls hugetlb_migration_entry_wait(ptep == NULL) to fix this issue. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
