__cmpxchg_u64 is built and used outside CONFIG_64BIT and thus needs to be exported. This fixes the following build error seen when building parisc:allmodconfig. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
