This converts tcm_fc to use target_remove_session tcm_fc was calling transport_deregister_session_configfs then calling transport_deregister_session when commands have completed. It should be ok for it to call transport_deregister_session_configfs later via target_remove_session because transport_deregister_session_configfs only prevents access from configfs via tpg removal and its call to the close_session callback for that driver, and this is already protected by the ft_lport_lock and its port lookup handling. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
