SDM says MSR_IA32_VMX_PROCBASED_CTLS2 is only available "If (CPUID.01H:ECX.[5] && IA32_VMX_PROCBASED_CTLS[63])". It was found that some old cpus (namely "Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz (family: 0x6, model: 0xf, stepping: 0x6") don't have it. Add the missing check. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
