Markus Schneider-Pargmann 80c5bac02a can: m_can: Cache tx putidx
m_can_tx_handler is the only place where data is written to the tx fifo.
We can calculate the putidx in the driver code here to avoid the
dependency on the txfqs register.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
