Christophe JAILLET 947b8f2a8b clk: rockchip: Remove an unused field in struct rockchip_mmc_clock 
In "struct rockchip_mmc_clock", the 'id' field is unused.
Remove it.

Found with cppcheck, unusedStructMember.
