Stephen Rothwell bfc4372b86 powerpc: pmd_move_must_withdraw() is only needed for CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE 
This is required for the later patch "Makefile.extrawarn: turn on
missing-prototypes globally".
