The declarations of compression algorithm callbacks are defined in the .c file as they're used from there. Compiler warns that there are no declarations for public functions when compiling lzo.c/zlib.c/zstd.c. Fix that by moving the declarations to the header as it's the common place for all of them. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
