Eric Dumazet db21c1ee6b ipv6: ioam: block BH from ioam6_output()
[ Upstream commit 2fe40483ec257de2a0d819ef88e3e76c7e261319 ]

As explained in commit 1378817486d6 ("tipc: block BH
before using dst_cache"), net/core/dst_cache.c
helpers need to be called with BH disabled.

Disabling preemption in ioam6_output() is not good enough,
because ioam6_output() is called from process context,
lwtunnel_output() only uses rcu_read_lock().

We might be interrupted by a softirq, re-enter ioam6_output()
and corrupt dst_cache data structures.

Fix the race by using local_bh_disable() instead of
preempt_disable().

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
