72b2cb613a Make SIZE_SHORT the default for display_size(). 
Fix some memory leaks in error paths found by coverity.
Use C99 struct initialisers.

a5fe5a7cdd Fix vgexport/vgimport to set/reset PV exported flag so pv_attr is correct. 
Add vgid to struct physical_volume and pass with vg_name to some functions.
