Heinz Mauelshagen fb42874a4f lvconvert: libdm RAID API compatibility versioning; remove new function ...

Commit 80a6de616a19 versioned the dm_tree_node_add_raid_target_with_params()
and dm_tree_node_add_raid_target() APIs for compatibility reasons.

There's no user of the latter function, remove it.
