Better code to enforce writethrough caching for cleaner policy.
Only check for cleaner when DM_CACHE_FEATURE_PASSTHROUGH or
DM_CACHE_FEATURE_WRITEBACK is set.

This tree contains the LVM2 and device-mapper tools and libraries.
