44355e5ed0 virt-install: add support for qemu-vdagent channel
This allows support for host/guest clipboard sharing when using vnc
guests (and possibly other graphics types in the future). This channel
is similar to the spicevmc channel, but it contains a couple additional
options to enable/disable clipboard sharing and specify the mouse mode.
In the case of spice, these settings are specified on the 'graphics'
element, but for qemu-vdagent, they are specified on the channel. For
example:

   --channel=qemu-vdagent,source.clipboard.copypaste=on,source.mouse.mode=client

44033b43bb virt-xml: Handle removing <console> <serial> dup device
This is a quirk of libvirt that the first <device> is usually a
logical duplicate of the first <serial> device. Adjust virt-xml to
understand this quirk and remove both devices at the same time,
like we already do in virt-manager

b5a664bd1b virtinst: move UI only functions into virtManager
These throw off code coverage testing. They are mostly:

* pretty* device helpers
* network + snapshot validation + creation routines

ca0f9e18cc cli: Add --serial target.model.name=
This maps to XML like:

  <serial>
    <target>
      <model name='X'/>

  </serial>

873a35dcee devices: char: move 'protocol' and 'log*' to CharSource
This violates our typical XML hierarchy, but that's how it's modeled
internally in libvirt, and these properties are shared among all
charsource users.

Move all ./source handling into CharSource, which will be reused by
other device classes as well. This requires us to add ../ handling

1b3e8e1a32 addhardware: Remove supports_property usage
It's not a pattern I think is worth extending in the future, and
make internal refactorings more difficult. Drop it, and drop it
from tpm and char devices since it is now unused

b3865d7b0d addhardware: Drop tcp/udp/dev char support
I know openstack uses tcp consoles but for end users I've never
really heard about it. RHEL compiles out udp as well. I'm fine telling
users to go to the cli and use virt-xml for this use case.

Use this opportunity to drop a lot of code that only simplified the
case when there are tons of char options we need to consider

48e32b429d Fix copyright header to specify GPLv2 or later, not GPLv2 only.
The copyright headers in every file were chjanged in this previous commit

  commit b6dcee8eb7
  Author: Cole Robinson <crobinso@redhat.com>
  Date:   Tue Mar 20 15:00:02 2018 -0400

    Use consistent and minimal license header for every file

Where before this they said "

  "either version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later version."

Now they just say

  "GNU GPLv2"

This fixes it to say "GNU GPLv2 or later" again.
