Switch to SVG and Inkscape to generate pictures instead of Dia. This was discussed months ago and with Inkscape getting better and more clear in SVG processing it is now a preffered tool to create and process vector images. (This used to be commit 2575ceec2a817156832ce84e80a97923f10ecbe9)

Fix documentation build: manpages, links in the HTML documents. Fixed manpages generation to properly create handle smb.conf parameters' titles Changed HTML generator to include links for every smb.conf parameter.
