Fix numerous missing dependencies in WAF build scripts With the recent consolidation of code between s3 and s4, a number of new dependencies have been implicitly introduced. For example, previous s3 code gained an implicit dependency on talloc after the charset related consolidation (lib/util/charset/charset.h now includes talloc.h). When building against the embedded version of talloc this isn't a problem since the paths are automatically added to the search path, but when building against the external libraries build failures will occur for all components that don't directly or indirectly include talloc as a dependency. Since charset.h is included from util.h, which in turn is included from includes.h, this means most of the codebase (s3 and s4) has such an undeclared dependency. Therefore, samba-util-common and samba-util have been added as dependencies to the s3 and s4 code respectively, for all cases where the source would otherwise fail to build. acl_common: Avoid "#include vfs_acl_common.c" This makes vfs_acl_common.c a subsystem of its own that acl_xattr and acl_tdb now link against, not #include it. This patch is a bit on the large and clumsy side, but splitting it up would (I believe) involve a separate intermediate copy of acl_common.c. s3/vfs: add SMB_VFS_OFFLOAD_READ_SEND/RECV Add SMB_VFS_OFFLOAD_READ_SEND an SMB_VFS_OFFLOAD_READ_RECV. This paves the way for supporting server-side copy-chunk with source and destination file-handles on different shares. It can be used to implement copy offload fsctl in the future, but for now this will be used as a mere copy-chunk replacement. SMB_VFS_OFFLOAD_READ generates a token that associates an fsp with the token and stores the fsp in a in-memory db. Initially only a copy-chunk resume key fsctl is supported. In the future this can be enhanced to support real offload fsctl. vfs_catia: factor out mapping functions This moves the core mapping functions to a seperate file and makes them global. string_replace_init_map() is called to parse a mapping in string and produce a mapping object that can then be passed to string_replace_allocate() to do the actual mapping of a string. vfs_unityed_media: VFS module for sharing AVID projects Based on <https://code.google.com/p/vfs-unityed-media/>. The existing VFS module media_harmony has some problems relative to Avid media sharing: Avid looks at the modification time of the ingest directory. Since media_harmony has everyone using the same directory, users (or client systems) have to somehow create "fake" directories with special names and then media_harmony returns the mod time of those fake directories for the different clients rather than the actual mod time of the communal ingest directory. To make matters worse, users then have to have a special utility or understand how to update the modtime on these specially named directories. Otherwise, their client system will never update the indexes to show new media. To make it even worse than that, Avid creates new directories on the fly, so you can't just set this up statically at the beginning. Avid will silently create a new directory and your reindexing problems will start all over until you create new fake directories. With unityed_media: * there are no reindexes between clients * clients don't need to know which directories have been created for them, it's automatic. * clients never have to reindex other systems directories. * unityed_media let's each client have their own directories. * unityed_media works much more like Avid's own ISIS servers work. A module option controls which name is appended to client specific paths: the username, the hostname (will not work with OS X) or the client's IP. s3-vfs: add glusterfs_fuse vfs module. This module only implements the get_real_filename function by accessing a distinct extended attribute that is available over a glusterfs fuse mount. By implementing this vfs function users of a glusterfs fuse mount achieve a much better performance in create based workloads where samba then can avoid trying multiple case folding options to detect the real filename. vfs_offline: add vfs_offline module This module marks all file in the share as offline. It can be useful for shares mounted on top of a remote file system (either through a samba VFS module or via FUSE). Offline files change the behavior of Windows explorer, and prevent it from peeking inside folders just for the sake of drawing a nice icon of them. This greatly reduces the number of requests Windows Explorer makes, and improves user experience when dealing with remote file systems. vfs_fake_dfq: add vfs module Add a vfs module "vfs_fake_dfq" for mocking disk-free and user/group quota functions. In this commit there are quota considerations in disk_free calculations, based on the mocking of quota. Those considerations will later be removed once we refactor the server code to weigh the disk-free and quota in the smb layer and not in individual vfs implementations.
