Besides the NETLOGON_GUEST bit indicating whether the user has been
authenticated, we now carry all of the other bits as well. This lets us
match Windows' behaviour of simply passing these bits through to an
updated PAC when processing a TGS-REQ.

Group expansion, performed in dsdb_expand_nested_groups(), now
incorporates a check of the type of each group. Those that are resource
groups receive the SE_GROUP_RESOURCE bit in the attributes which are now
carried alongside each group SID.
Whereas before, in auth_convert_user_info_dc_sambaseinfo() and
auth_convert_user_info_dc_saminfo6(), we invariantly used the flag
combination SE_GROUP_MANDATORY | SE_GROUP_ENABLED_BY_DEFAULT |
SE_GROUP_ENABLED to set attributes in the PAC, we now take the correct
attributes from user_info_dc.

We've already tested for the existence of these SIDs, and the assumption
that they are always the last element in a PAC is false. We must check
all the SIDs in each array, skipping over ones that were found to be
asserted identity SIDS.

If init_samr_CryptPasswordAES() does not fill the

We can't apply this patch earlier as there are no individual tests we could

Tree-wide spellcheck for some common misspellings.
source3/utils/status.c has misspelled local variable (unkown_dialect).
"missmatch" is a known historical misspelling, only the incorrect
misspellings are fixed.
source3/locale/net/de.po has the spelling error (unkown) in two msgids -
it probably should be updated with current source.

The Heimdal upgrade results in some changes that affect these tests. The
cname is now non-NULL in certain circumstances, the IO counts are
different due to a change between the ordering of capaths and referrals,
some requests no longer fail, and referral tickets are not cached
anymore, and so cannot be checked.

With the recent heimdal upgrade we better try to use the send_to_realm()
hooks as it allows us to handle the KDC lookup as well as only getting
each logical request just once in the testing code, which makes it
let dependend on the heimdal internal kdc lookup logic.

Add a test to check if a RPC handle can be used from a different connection
than the one where it was created, when the same association group is
requested in the bind operation of the second connection.
The association group handling is one of the differences between the S3
and S4 RPC server implementations provided by the implementation
callbacks after the merge.
Association groups work fine in the S4 implementation as the RPC server
runs in one process, except for the 'smbd' embedded services provided
by the S3 implementation like winreg (see lp_enforce_ad_dc_settings()).
In the S3 implementation, association groups should work in the same
process, but the merge introduced a bug where a new association group is
always created even when it already exists in the same process.

The previous change to not run rpc tests in reverse order results in
the following failure:
Testing netr_LogonGetDomainInfo

lib/util/safe_string.h is similar to source3/include/safe_string.h, but
the former has fewer checks. It is missing bcopy, strcasecmp, and
strncasecmp.
Add the missing elements to lib/util/safe_string.h remove the other
safe_string.h which is in the source3-specific path. To accomodate
existing uses of str(n?)casecmp, add #undef lines to source files where
they are used.

The two string arguments to torture_comment() can be NULL
as the succeeding checks suggest. This is not wanted because a compile
with --enable-developer throws an error of [-Werror=format-overflow=]
in those situations.
