Now that handle based fdos_mode() is used everywhere we can be sure that we're

This allows for optimisations in VFS module: by passing the dirfsp as an
additional arg, the function can check fsp->fsp_name->flags which may include eg
SMB_FILENAME_POSIX_PATH to trigger POSIX pathname processing.

This was supposed to be a shortcut to avoid passing dirfsp around as an explicit
function argument throughout the whole codebase when the new VFS design idea was
based on using *AT functions throughout the VFS.
Now that we've opted for basing the VFS on handles and *AT functions will only
be used in a much more limitted extent, it makes sense to remove this internal
dirfsp reference, otherwise the combination of internal fsp->dirfsp and
smb_fname->fsp is going to be a tough to wrap your head around.

This commit allows an optional port number to be specified after the
hostname on the winexe command line. If no port is given, it defaults
to port 445, just like it used before. Although this is probably a
pretty uncommon use-case, it allows port-forwarding the service through
a firewall to an alternate port, which can occassionally be helpful.

Two small Windows binaries that winexe uses to execute commands on a
remote system, winexesvc32.exe and winexesvc64.exe, are compiled then
translated into a C byte array as hex so that they can be embedded into
the winexe binary. Although the winexesvc binaries were built properly,
the Python method that does the translation to C tried to open them in
text mode, which would have worked in Python 2 before the concept of
bytearrays was introduced, but instead raises an exception in Python 3.
The exception was unfortunately suppressed, so the build didn't stop,
and the winexe binary that was produced was effectively useless because
it didn't contain either winexesvc binary as expected. After winexe
successfully authenticated with a Windows host, it showed the error
message below rather than executing the given command on the remote
system.

This commit fixes that problem by opening the winexesvc binaries in
binary mode rather than text mode when the winexe build script reads
them to translate them to C. Furthermore it adds an additional
sanity check that will cause the winexesvc binary generator commands to
fail if the winexesvc binaries cannot be opened or read correctly to
guarantee that the build does not silently "succeed" if something like
this ever happens again.

SMB_VFS_GETXATTRAT_SEND() gets passed a raw event context and the
default implementation uses that as well a raw threadpool. Impersonation
is done explicitly instead of by the tevent and pthreadpool wrappers.

winexe from https://sourceforge.net/projects/winexe/ is a project
based on Samba libraries from 2012. According to the winexe git
repository the last Samba commit winexe was updated to is 47bbf9886f
from November 6, 2012. As winexe uses unpublished Samba internal
libraries, it broke over time.
This is a port of the winexe functionality to more modern Samba
versions. It still uses internal APIs, but it being part of the tree
means that it is much easier to keep up to date.
The Windows service files were taken literally from the original
winexe from the sourceforge git. Andrzej Hajda chose GPLv3 only and
not GPLv3+. As GPL evolves very slowly, this should not be a practical
problem for quite some time.
To build it under Linux, you need mingw binaries on your build
system. Under Debian stretch, the package names are gcc-mingw-w64 and
friends.

Remove the source fsp argument and instead pass the offload token
generated with SMB_VFS_OFFLOAD_READ_SEND/RECV.
An actual offload fsctl is not implemented yet, neither in the VFS nor
at the SMB ioctl layer, and returns NT_STATUS_NOT_IMPLEMENTED
With these changes we now pass the copy-chunk-across-shares test.

Add SMB_VFS_OFFLOAD_READ_SEND an SMB_VFS_OFFLOAD_READ_RECV.
This paves the way for supporting server-side copy-chunk with source and
destination file-handles on different shares. It can be used to
implement copy offload fsctl in the future, but for now this will be
used as a mere copy-chunk replacement.
SMB_VFS_OFFLOAD_READ generates a token that associates an fsp with the
token and stores the fsp in a in-memory db.
Initially only a copy-chunk resume key fsctl is supported. In the future
this can be enhanced to support real offload fsctl.

FSCTL_DUPLICATE_EXTENTS_TO_FILE must be handled as a COW clone. Add a
copy-chunk flags parameter to the VFS to handle this.

Not currently used - no logic changes inside.
This will make it possible to pass down a long-lived talloc
context from the loading function for modules to use instead
of having them internally all use talloc_autofree_context()
which is a hidden global.
Updated all known module interface numbers, and added a
WHATSNEW.
