75e7da9741 sysacls: change datatypes to 32 bits
The SMB_ACL_PERMSET_T and SMB_ACL_PERM_T were defined as
mode_t, which is 16-bits on some (non-Linux) systems. However,
pidl *always* encodes mode_t as uint32_t. That created a bug on
big-endian systems as sys_acl_get_permset() returns a SMB_ACL_PERMSET_T
pointer to an internal a_perm structure member defined in IDL as a mode_t,
which pidl turns into a uin32_t in the emitted header file.

Changing to 32 bits fixes that.

77cccbc6f4 lib: Add messaging_send_all
This will replace message_send_all. With messaging_dgm_forall we have
a local broadcast mechanism, and ctdb can also broadcast
everywhere. So there's no need for a separate traverse/send mechanism.

There's no good error reporting mechanism for broadcasting, so make
this function void.

This drops the message_type filtering. I believe that this does not matter in
practice, since messaging is a lot cheaper with dgm instead of the old tdb
based messaging. If someone presents a use case where this matters, nowadays
I'd much rather extend the messaging_dgm lock file format (where the unique id
lives right now) with the filter bits.

332b179143 smbldap: expose bind callback via API and increase smbldap ABI version
Until we fully migrate to use gensec in smbldap, we need to continue
exposing bind callback to allow FreeIPA to integrate with smbldap.

individual members of this structure, it makes sense to increase ABI

af6cbc7a44 s3/vfs: add SMB_VFS_OFFLOAD_READ_SEND/RECV
Add SMB_VFS_OFFLOAD_READ_SEND an SMB_VFS_OFFLOAD_READ_RECV.

This paves the way for supporting server-side copy-chunk with source and
destination file-handles on different shares. It can be used to
implement copy offload fsctl in the future, but for now this will be
used as a mere copy-chunk replacement.

SMB_VFS_OFFLOAD_READ generates a token that associates an fsp with the
token and stores the fsp in a in-memory db.

Initially only a copy-chunk resume key fsctl is supported. In the future
this can be enhanced to support real offload fsctl.

Prepare for rebasing libads on top of libsmbldap.

To make libads using 'struct smbldap_state' instead of direct LDAP
structure, we need to abstract out libads logic from connection
handling. SASL wrapping does not really depend on availability of LDAP
handle and does not need direct access to ADS_STRUCT. As result, we'll
be able to move SASL wrapping code under smbldap once the latter is able
to pass settings that libads passes to the SASL wrapping.

Hi David,

We have made the following spec changes for the next doc release:

In section 2.1.5.9.4 FSCTL_DUPLICATE_EXTENTS_TO_FILE behavior notes have
been added to the following paragraphs.

Before:
§ The object store MUST check for byte range lock conflicts on
Open.Stream using the algorithm described in section 2.1.4.10 with
ByteOffset set to InputBuffer.TargetFileOffset, Length set to
InputBuffer.ByteCount, IsExclusive set to TRUE, LockIntent set to FALSE,
and Open set to Open. If a conflict is detected, the operation MUST be
failed with STATUS_FILE_LOCK_CONFLICT.

§ The object store MUST check for byte range lock conflicts on Source
using the algorithm described in section 2.1.4.10 with ByteOffset set to
InputBuffer.SourceFileOffset, Length set to InputBuffer.ByteCount,
IsExclusive set to FALSE, LockIntent set to FALSE, and Open set to
InputBuffer.FileHandle. If a conflict is detected, the operation MUST be
failed with STATUS_FILE_LOCK_CONFLICT.

After:
§ The object store SHOULD<WBN1> check for byte range lock conflicts on
Open.Stream using the algorithm described in section 2.1.4.10 with
ByteOffset set to InputBuffer.TargetFileOffset, Length set to
InputBuffer.ByteCount, IsExclusive set to TRUE, LockIntent set to FALSE,
and Open set to Open. If a conflict is detected, the operation MUST be
failed with STATUS_FILE_LOCK_CONFLICT.

§ The object store SHOULD<WBN2> check for byte range lock conflicts on
Source using the algorithm described in section 2.1.4.10 with ByteOffset
set to InputBuffer.SourceFileOffset, Length set to
InputBuffer.ByteCount, IsExclusive set to FALSE, LockIntent set to
FALSE, and Open set to InputBuffer.FileHandle. If a conflict is
detected, the operation MUST be failed with STATUS_FILE_LOCK_CONFLICT.

WBN1: The ReFS file system in Windows Server 2016 does not check for
byte range lock conflicts on Open.Stream.
WBN2: The ReFS file system in Windows Server 2016 does not check for
