32032937ed python: netcmd: SUPPRESS_HELP constant has no effect here 
Where it is used, on a few options, the constant should be used
directly instead.

This means that in the following commit, the Option subclass of
SambaOption can be removed, as it will become redundant.

6554cfa87e samba-tool: add ntacl changedomsid command 
This tool is meant to locally change all entries in acl_xattr when the
machine's SID has accidentially changed or the data set has been copied
to another box either via backup/restore or rsync.

78fbe1ff32 samba-tool: be consistent in accepting -q for --quiet 
Not all commands accept --quiet, and not all of those that do use it.
Some already accept -q, and it is not used anywhere for anything else.
