Rob Herring 53dd9dce69 libfdt: Ensure INT_MAX is defined in libfdt_env.h
The next update of libfdt has a new dependency on INT_MAX. Update the
instances of libfdt_env.h in the kernel to either include the necessary
header with the definition or define it locally.

To extract the kernel vmlinux, System.map, .config or initrd from the zImage binary:

objcopy -j .kernel:vmlinux -O binary zImage vmlinux.gz
objcopy -j .kernel:System.map -O binary zImage System.map.gz
objcopy -j .kernel:.config -O binary zImage config.gz
objcopy -j .kernel:initrd -O binary zImage.initrd initrd.gz
