We store the testenv directory path for the 'ctx' hashmap, but not for
the testenv-vars hashmap (and that can be really annoying sometimes).
Add it into the second hashmap that selftest actually keeps track of.
Currently it's only stored in the hashmap, not actually exported as an

this info).

The selftest code typically stores hashmaps as scalar variables (i.e.
it only ever uses references to hashmaps). So much so that using a regular
hashmap (and passing it by reference via \%daemon_ctx) looks out of
place.
Using the hashmap directly made more sense when it was only being used
locally, but now the hashmap is being passed by reference into a function
anyway, so storing it as a scalar doesn't make much difference.

Final refactor to merge the fork-and-exec code into a common function.
We can now use $daemon_ctx{ENV_VARS} to customize differences between

- samba: add in extra env variables on top of the defaults.
- dns_hub: there are no ENV variables we need to export.
- winbindd/smbd: these use the defaults, so they pass through an
undefined $daemon_ctx{ENV_VARS} (purely to make the code common across
all 5 places).

identical, and we can extract it out to a common function.

Rationale, as sent to samba-technical:
> Why do you remove the explicit argument declarations for so many functions?
> These declarations help catch usage errors, i.e. wrong number of calling
> arguments, especially when you add arguments to functions.
My understanding is that because these are object methods, the prototypes
actually were not providing the checking benefits [see PERLSUB(1) (section
"Prototypes")] -- this is evidenced by the fact that some of the prototypes I
removed actually had the wrong number of arguments!
Now that the subroutines are being dynamically called by function references,
the checking also appears not to apply [see the same source].
There was also a more concrete reason: the setup code will automatically set
up multiple environment dependencies and pass each of their vars as an
individual parameter. Accomplishing this was [seemingly] impossible with the
prototypes in place.
Additionally, there seems to be a consensus among perl devs that prototypes
are generally harmful: see this post (by my colleague) for example:

Fix all occurences of bad spelling of "resource" as "res*s*ource" (two

One of the places where this was wrong was when parsing parametric
options in the VFS connect() function in the module. As a result any
setting of
fruit:resource=something
in smb.conf was silently ignored and the default ("file") was active.
In Samba 4.6 we accept both the wrong and the correct spelling, in Samba
4.7 the bad spelling will be removed.

Commit 6eba42f activated the full_audit and time_audit modules for the
simpleserver config to trigger the check that all VFS functions are
implemented in these two modules. This resulted in all operations being
logged to syslog during a test run.
Change the full_audit configuration to keep loading the modules, but not
log anything from full_audit to not slow down the test or spam the logs.
